I don't think a AAA studio will ever make a PC hockey game again. Perfect again. Once installed the new driver I switched back to the 3080Ti and NOW you can get a video BUT just after windows loads the drivers, still not bios, dark screen and than into windows. So without a driver already installed the card does not output any video, not even shows the bios even tho the PC boots into windows normally. This is so buggy. The VGA led on the motherboard is still on. This is clearly something at hardware level like firmware or something. Is EVGA at least aware of that? Let it fully run through the codes and cycles, then reinstall the GPU.
